Our retreat will include:

• seven nights accommodation,

• two meals a day (breakfast and dinner - at local tavernas),

• a luxurious sailing trip,

• sunbed use each day (beach across the road),

• snorkelling equipment,

• cooking class/tasting,

• and of course (most importantly), the content delivery (including workbook and resources).
