Regular practice helps reduce stress and anxiety by calming the mind, promoting relaxation, and improving emotional resilience. It enhances focus, concentration, and creativity, making it easier to navigate daily challenges with clarity. We encourage all our participants and followers to continue self-care practices. By engaging the sense of hearing, tingsha bells guides the mind away from distractions and into a state of deep presence and inner stillness. Practice daily when we feel the chaotic mind overtake.

We recommend partaking in this daily, whether it is to or from work, or first thing in the morning.
