Breathing for Calmness and Clarity: Online

We are often told to ‘breathe’ when we are under stress, and for good reason. Breathing well can deactivate your fight or flight response and reduce built-up tension. Research also suggests that breathing techniques can improve oxygen flow - supporting better energy levels and improving mental clarity and focus - not to mention its benefit for lung capacity and circulation.
So why is something so natural, so easy to get wrong? For various reasons we have trained ourselves to breath in unhelpful patterns. This workshop takes you back to basics and introduces some techniques that will have an immediate effect on your breathing … all you need to do after that is absorb it into your everyday living.

The benefits of meditation are well researched, yet many of us struggle to find the time to fit in a regular practice. Well, here is your opportunity!
The first Monday of every month a FREE meditation practice will be held via zoom for all to partake in. It will take the following format: 10-15 min discussion on the theme of the day followed by a 20-minute guided meditation.
