Retreats With Impact
Be part of a movement of women who want to ‘better’ themselves, be inspired, discover stronger direction and make new friendships along the way.
Self Discovery Lab retreats offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that encompasses self-discovery. Our qualified practitioners come with many years’ experience in the wellness space. Our retreats ask the questions that inspire self-reflective thought with an aim to shift perspective and build self-awareness. We offer an immersive environment that incorporates the venue and beautiful surroundings to enhance your personalised experience - no matter how long or short your retreat is.
A Day In The Life
Each day of your retreat will be carefully curated to take you on a journey of self-discovery, and offers meaningful and practical advice in optimising health and wellbeing. We start the mornings by combining a routine of body work, self-discovery workshops or naturopathic education. In the late evening, we often find ourselves around a table for our renowned philosophy circles offering discussions on life’s deeper questions, encouraging participants to share their perspectives and listen to diverse viewpoints.
Our retreats always allow for free time to socialise, build relationships, spend some quality time reflecting and enjoying the surroundings.

General Personal Outcomes
Self Discovery Lab works to a framework that incorporates the following fundamental personal outcomes:
to compassionately reflect on ‘who we are’ - our innate abilities
to understand the biology of stress and negative self-talk and develop strategies to reframe these patterns
to support a holistic understanding of health and wellbeing
In addition to these, each retreat may include specific outcomes that directly relate to the content or specific age group.
