“My first retreat and I wasn’t disappointed. Accommodation was great, food was local and Crete was stunning (especially our sailing trip – highlight!). BUT in all honesty it was more than just a holiday. I have never spent time together with just women, and it was a magical experience. Supportive and nurturing with a lot of laughs. “The self discovery lab was a wonderful experience, I’m so glad I went. The journey Despina used that brings you to connection and sight of yourself is truly a gift . I do find meditation difficult but by the end of the guided meditation I got my breath so deep ,I felt light .
Highly recommended this , for everyone living in this difficult society .
