SELF DISCOVERY LAB RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Upon receiving your booking details from Self-Discovery Lab, you will have a period of 7 days to secure your booking.
To secure your retreat booking a non-refundable deposit is made per person. This deposit confirms your acknowledgement and acceptance of the Retreat Terms and Conditions.
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to retreat.
Refund (minus deposit) is issued should the participant cancel more than 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat date.
No refund is made if cancellation is made within 30 days of the retreat.
All bookings are confirmed through email. It is your responsibility to ensure you read all emails from Self-Discovery Lab, as we are not liable for any emails filtered into junk mail folders.
Package excludes travel insurance, flights & transport.
Travel/health insurance is a mandatory condition when booking a retreat with Self-Discovery Lab. Ensure that you are adequately insured for the duration of your journey. In some instances, credit card insurance may not be adequate coverage for some destinations. Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice due to weather, political and social unrest, currency fluctuations and any other unforeseen circumstances. In these unlikely events, the Self-Discovery retreats may be affected.
We strongly advise that you obtain insurance coverage that is comprehensive and includes protection for cancellation, tour disruption, death, adventure activities, and medical expenses. Self-Discovery Lab is not responsible if you fail to obtain the appropriate insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy adequately covers your needs and the activities you will be participating in. Some policies may exclude certain adventure activities, so please review your policy carefully.
If you have any physical, medical or special needs, it is mandatory that you inform Self-Discovery Lab at the time of booking.
The person making the booking on behalf of other travellers, holds the authority to bind all travellers to the Retreat Terms and Conditions.
Split payment option: three equal payments (minus deposit) can be arranged. The final payment is to be made prior to the retreat dates. Please email for further details.
In the event of any unsuccessful legal action against Self-Discovery Lab, you agree to bear all costs incurred, including but not limited to legal costs.
These terms and conditions apply to any bookings made online, over the phone, through social media or directly through our website.
